- Post-construction cleaning in phases: phase 1 rough clean, phase 2 final clean, phase 3 touch-up; new homes, stores and offices.
- Medical and dental offices, stores, salons, gyms, schools and daycares, hotels, car dealerships, banks, labs and distribution centers.
- Homes and apartments: regular cleaning weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, almost always with the same crew; key or code entry.
- Deep and move-in/move-out cleaning: baseboards, doors, grout, inside oven, fridge and cabinets, inside windows and blinds, basement and attic.
- Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers: fresh sheets and towels, laundry, condo common areas.
- Not offered: exterior window cleaning.
