1 · Prep the area
We move what we can, put out wet-floor signs and sweep and dust-mop the floor.
2 · Strip the old wax
Stripping solution and a floor machine remove the old finish and the buildup.
3 · Rinse & neutralize
We pick up the slurry and rinse, so the new finish bonds to a clean floor.
4 · Edges by hand
Corners and baseboards get detailed by hand where the machine can’t reach.
5 · Fresh coats of finish
Several thin coats, each one dry before the next.
6 · Buff to a shine
We buff the floor and walk it with you before we leave.

01How often should floors be stripped and waxed?
It depends on the traffic. Many businesses do a full strip & wax once or twice a year and regular buffing in between. After the walkthrough we recommend a schedule for your floor.
02Can you do it after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Most strip & wax jobs are done at night or on weekends so the floor is ready when you open.
03When can we walk on the floor?
The finish needs time to dry between coats. When we work overnight, the area is usually ready by the next morning; we tell you the exact time for your job.
04Which floors can you strip and wax?
Mainly VCT and resilient commercial tile. If you have a different floor, send us a photo and we’ll tell you if it’s a good fit.
05How do you price strip & wax?
